The Ohio Athletic Conference announced the Outdoor Track and Field Coaches' Poll on Friday. John Carroll was projected second on the men's side and sixth on the women's side.

John Carroll University track and field head coach Kyle Basista announced the team will not be competing this weekend. The decision was reached due to forecasted unseasonably cool temperatures throughout Ohio on Saturday.

The John Carroll University women's outdoor track and field team had a strong start to the outdoor campaign.
