Alex Phillip, a sophomore at John Carroll in Ohio, finished fourth in the men's collegiate 10,000 meters in a personal-best 28:48.88 at the 62nd Mt. SAC Relays Presented by Nike at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. Phillip elevated to the No. 3 competitor in NCAA Division 3 history, improving on his previous-best 29:30.12 from last year.
